Ms. Klein has twenty years experience in account and customer service management in a variety of industries. Prior to TransitCenter, Ms. Klein developed and managed Customer Service departments for MechoShade Systems, Thomson Financial Media and GAF Building Materials Corporation. Working in call center environments, she has successfully leveraged technology by installing Automatic Call Distributors and Interactive Voice Response systems. Ms. Klein has also designed, tested and implemented numerous proprietary Customer Relationship Management systems that enhanced the customer experience while increasing customer service productivity. Ms. Klein graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA and holds an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.
