Mr. Lanier is a consultant in the areas of real estate and community development finance. He has served as Executive Director at a CDC, run a multi-family housing department at New York City's Department of Housing Preservation and Development, worked for 24 years as an investment banker, syndicated the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and worked at a national CDFI for three years. This experience has involved a wide range of issues relating to non-profit organizations in the areas of capital raising, balance sheet management, strategic planning and development issues.
