Mr. Vallely has over 30 years of proven experience and achievement in management, finance, systems and business planning, specifically, Debt and Equity Financings, Financial Controls/Management, Systems and Data Processing Management and Efficiency/Productivity Processes. His career has spanned the “Big 5” public accounting firms, investment/brokerage firms, leasing and telecommunications industry, utility and higher education industries and the transportation industry where he held positions as Senior Auditor, Financial/EDP Auditor, Manager of Internal Audit, Manager of Accounting and Taxes, Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Vallely's educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science with a major in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration with a major in Corporate Financial Management.
